Remit - re-establish a garden in this space. There was a parking space right across the facade of the house. Lots of mature shrubs. Underplanting required, and colour for as much of the year as possible.

Response - changed the layout in front of the house to create a view from the living room down to a focal point at the bottom. Restrict parking to the side of the house only.
